6 local chefs, 6 local farmers, all collaborating in an open kitchen setting. What more could you ask for?
On Monday April 20th 2015, The Burroughes welcomed the 2015 Almanac Dinner hosted by our friends at Provisions Catering and Events. 80 guests came ready to indulge in a 6 course meal that they were able to watch be freshly prepared right before their eyes. Guests were able to intimately speak with each chef about their dishes while witnessing the surprisingly calm and laid back atmosphere in the kitchen. Each chef had smiles from cheek to cheek as they individually introduced their dish and explained the wide variety of ingredients used and their inspiration for their choice.
