On April 27, 2017 Collingwood Whisky hosted a pop up event at The Burroughes to showcase their line of artisanal whisky.
Collingwood is unmistakably a product of the vigorous Canadian spirit and landscape. The whisky is made with unique artisanship by local distillers who carry on the exacting traditions of Canada’s longest continuously owned and operated distillery.
The event, hosted on the 6th floor of The Burroughes Building, featured a donut wall, whisky popsicles and customized cologne and perfume. The brick walls and exposed beams on the 6th floor were the perfect backdrop for the rustic vibe of the event.
